The TC Mobile Rental Agreement enables you to get the latest Samsung smartphone without the need for a credit check. All you need is to make a 30% deposit and then pay the smartphone off over 12 months.
You will need only 3 things complete the application:
Once your application is completed and approved, a 30% Upfront Payment is required before we courier your smartphone directly to you.

You can use your existing SIM linked to any network provider or, if you have decided to purchase a Hybrid Contract together with your Rental Agreement, you can also use the Hybrid Contract SIM that will be delivered to you together with the device.
The rental contract period is 12 months.
The Upfront Payment is 30% of the device retail price and is due at time of application.
The exact Upfront Payment will be communicated to you during your application and is also stipulated in your Device Rental Schedule sent to you after approval.
You can pay your Upfront Payment via EFT or Pay@.
A payment link will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp.
Your first Monthly Rental Payment will be due 30 days after your Upfront Payment and on the same day of every succeeding month thereafter, until you have made all Monthly Rental Payments.
The due date and amount will also be stipulated in your Device Rental Schedule (SCHEDULE A – RENTAL PAYMENTS) sent to you after approval.
Your Monthly Rental Payments are made via DebiCheck.
Your Device Rental Schedule (SCHEDULE A – RENTAL PAYMENTS), which is sent to you after approval, will include all your Monthly Rental Payment amounts and due dates.

Rental payments are made on a monthly basis for 12 months.
Your specific payment due dates will be communicated to you during your application as well as in your Device Rental Schedule (SCHEDULE A – RENTAL PAYMENTS) sent to you after approval.
If you fail to make a rental payment on time, we will lock your device remotely until payment is received.
This means that you will not be able to make calls, send texts, or access data.
You will only be able to contact the TC Mobile contact centre and make emergency calls.
Please let us know if you are having trouble making a Monthly Rental Payment or if you have any questions about your payment schedule in order to make timely arrangements.
At the end of your rental agreement (i.e. after 12 months), you will have 3 options:
You may cancel the agreement earlier by giving us 20 business days’ written notice. In such an event, you can either:

TC Mobile has insured your device against accidental damage, theft or loss at no additional cost to you.
More information on the insurance can be found in SCHEDULE B - INCIDENT PROCESS FOR MOBILE DEVICE BENEFIT. Note that this insurance excludes Warranty Claims.
TC Mobile’s device insurance gives you peace of mind at no cost to you.
TC Mobile is the insured party and has insured the mobile device with WASS, a specialist insurer. You are eligible to access TC Mobile’s insurance if your device is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged by way of a Benefit Request.
Call the TC Mobile contact centre immediately on 060 016 5191 or via email at [email protected] to report your device as lost or stolen. Your device will be locked remotely to protect your personal information.
To access TC Mobile’s Device Insurance and get a replacement device, you must report the incident within 30 (thirty) days and submit the necessary documentation to our insurance Administrator as follows:

To access TC Mobile’s Device Insurance and get your device repaired, you must report the incident within 30 (thirty) days and submit the necessary documentation to our insurance administrator as follows:
In the event of a Loss or Theft:
In the event of Accidental Damage:
Once a Lost or Theft claim is approved, you will receive a replacement device, provided all outstanding payments have been made.
In the event of Accidental Damage, the phone will either be repaired at no cost to you or replaced if a repair is not viable.
Once the Loss or Theft claim is approved, or an Accidental Damage claim leads to a replacement device being approved, you will receive an SMS to provide details for the delivery of the replacement device by courier.
In the event that TC Mobile cannot provide you with the same model as you had before, we reserve the right to provide you with a replacement device of similar value as the device that was lost, stolen or accidentally damaged.
Note that you will be expected to continue with your monthly payments and that your second device will not be insured for loss or theft as we only cover the initial device.
TC Mobile’s insurance only covers theft, loss and accidental damage, whereas a Samsung warranty claim covers all device failures that are unrelated to accidental damage.
A warranty claim can only be made if your smartphone does not work when you first use it or stops working during the rental period but unrelated to accidental damage. In this case, you can either:
