1. Report it to TC Mobile within 30 days.
2. For loss or theft, also report it to your network provider within 48 hours, blacklist the device, and get a SAPS case number.
3. Submit the required documents to our insurance administrator.

Once approved, we’ll repair or replace your device at no cost to you.
